Each moment is right to take on sailing.

The courses are open for everybody, from children to adults, from novices wishing to discover this wonderful world of wind to those already experienced, wanting to improve. Sport and sea, two elements combined in sailing, are good for one’s health and mood. Every centre guarantees qualified instructors, members of the Italian Sailing Federation, and equipment enabling to try this sport without being worried about safety.

Trainees can leave from pier also in antique fishing and navy boats with characteristic sailboat rigging, that were put back in life by fleet passionates of Riccione and the whole Romagnan Riviera. The enthusiasts join the Mariegole delle Romagne association, named after nautical code, that used to serve sailors along the coast. The marine clubs, other than participate in evocations of historical character, organise courses for youngsters and adults.

Sailing Club Marano: Born a couple of years ago as an oasis for few surfers and sea&sun lovers, the group now represents a benchmark of fun for devotees of this sport. The centre organises sailing, surfing and kite-surfing courses for both: professionals and beginners. Trainings are guided by experienced tutors with appropriate equipment, are available also for children.

Riccione City's Sailing Centre: Association has been active in the sailing sector for about 10 years and has over 100 associates. The group offers boats and organises short preliminary courses for those first time approaching sailing and not in the posession of a yacht.

Nautical Club Riccione: The club, founded in 1933 by the most notable city personas of the period, organises not only sportive manifestations, but also sailing courses on 4 levels of preparation (beginnings, basics, improvement, pre-competition). For some years now the Nautical Club has been a leader of activities focused on spreading culture and recovering marine traditions throughout events, exhibitions, meetings and conventions.
