4) "SANGIOVESE" TOUR
When a tourist follows this route he seems immersed in the green surroundings, meandering through the valleys that represent a place of origin of Sangiovese di Rimagna d.o.c., full-bodied red wine that tastefully accompanies dishes typical of Romagnan cuisine. The itinerary, easy and rather short when compared to the other ones, explores Rimini's countryside (Coriano, Mercatino Conca, San Patrignano, Marciano), to finally return to Cattolica coast, the last stop before arriving back at Riccione.

- km 0, set off from Riccione, follow SS 16 until Piemonte St. junction (airport border) and Marano St. for 3 km. Before reaching airport's edge turn left and shortly right (Macanno St). After 300 mt turn left (Acquabona St.) and at the end go right and left (Monte l'Abbate St.). On the top turn right (down 16%). Having ridden down turn right and shortly after left in Santa Maria St. in Cerreto (Gaiofana). Proceed for 2 km and turn left in Poggio St. following San Patrignano and Ospedaletto direction.
- km 12, San Patrignano, turn left for Ospedaletto and carry on in San Salvatore direction
- km 21, San Salvatore, go to the traffic lights adn turn right, Coriano direction
- km 25, Coriano, to the Croce junction and in the Osteria Nuova direction
- km 30, Osteria Nuova, turn right for Mercatino Conca
- km 40, Mercatino Conca, return to the same street until you reach Morciano
- km 50, Morciano, carry on for San Giovanni in Marignano
- km 55, San Giovanni in Marignano, take Cattolica direction
- km 60, Cattolica, turn left in the Riccione direction
