Family holiday service
Hotels marked by the symbol		guarantee the following services:

PLAY AREA DEDICATED TO CHILDREN
Outside:
- small table with little chairs;
- little houses and plastic structures;
- paper and pencils or non-toxic colouring pens;
- small slides or swings or other outside games;
- 2 or more games (pursuant to the law) aimed at each age group: 0/3 years, 4/7 years and 8/12 years.

Inside:
- entertainment for at least 4 hours a day;
- a very large sized mat;
- small table with little chairs;
- paper and pencils or non-toxic colouring pens;
- television with video recorder and small video library 2/12 years;
- 2 or more games (pursuant to the law) aimed at each age group: 0/3 years, 4/7 years and 8/12 years;
- Availability of all informative material (public or private) for families and children.

ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE
Entertainment service for at least 4 hours per day in the hotel or on the beach.
Recreational activities specifically for children, divided by age group.
Weekly themed parties (Nutella parties, water melon feasts, etc.) divided by age group.

BABY-MENU SERVICE
Catering service thought out for families with small children, also on request:
- fast and flexible service;
- a restaurant area dedicated to the youngest children with comfortable little chairs, baby cutlery and fun paper napkins with games and drawings to colour in using non-toxic colours.

ROOM SERVICE FIT FOR CHILDREN
Families will find their room with cots, small beds, baby changing units, bottle warmer with no extra charge (for the first child), socket covers, protective barriers and nightlights.

CUSTOMISED HOSPITALITY SERVICE
Trained and professional hotel personnel will supply a child service with care and attention, fondness and tenderness.
On their arrival at the hotel each child will receive a nice present.

CUSTOMISED COMMUNICATION SERVICE
There are tools and printers suited to children with nice colourful graphics.

OTHER OUTSIDE SERVICES
Bicycles for adults with carry chairs, pursuant to law, for child transport.
