The complex Congressional Residence is equipped with 5 conference halls, modular and situated on two levels, dedicated to and named after one of the most powerful women that left a mark on the history of Italy between Middel-Ages and Renaissance, Lady Malatesta.

Plenum area Concordia, situated on the third floor, has a maximum capacity of 1,400 seats and can be modulated into smaller rooms and adapted to host events of various character. The entire third floor, for its easy to rearrange seats, can be remade into a 1,800 sq m space used as an exhibition or catering hall.

The forth level hosts Polissena, Ginevra, Violante e Costanza, 4 rooms of different dimensions, that can be set up into various capacity rooms, from 45 to 680 positions. Finally, Riccione City Eye offers a panoramic space with a sea view, perfect for working breakfasts, gala dinners, happenings and other occasions.
