Rimini conference centre

Rimini’s new Palacongressi Convention Centre (completed in 2010) is Italy’s largest convention centre. It was designed by German firm GMP (from Hamburg), the same company responsible for the new Fiera di Rimini Exhibition Centre. The convention centre has three storeys and covers an area of 38,000 m2.
The facility focuses on the green aspect and environmental quality as the small lake and waterways were reclaimed, the current park was restructured and bicycle paths and walkways were created.
The conference halls are all equipped with technical and technological equipment and the latest multimedia systems. They occupy two storeys while the underground level has over 1,000 parking spaces.

The new Palacongressi Convention Centre also has coffee shops, tobacconists, a post office, business centre, secretarial offices, a press room, bank, first-aid room and fire brigade station.

Rimini’s Palacongressi Convention Centre currently hosts several international conventions thanks to its multifunctional areas and convention rooms: convention halls seat from 50 to 300 participants, one auditorium can be divided into 5 spans with halls capable of seating from 500 to 6,000 people, another pavilion can be divided into three spans and can host up to 4,000 people and a third pavilion has an exhibition surface area covering 4,800 m2.
