With its 15 PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and 11 PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) products, our region boasts, in fact, the most significant enogastronomy offer of Italy. Our menu is inspired by the culinary traditions of Romagna, and different every day, is made from natural, fresh and of high quality ingredients.
The “piadina”, the soft cheese “squacquerone”, and first courses such as “cappelletti”, “maltagliati”, “passatelli”, “strozzapreti” and “ravioli” are a must.
Also the meat and the famous fish of the Adriatic Sea are cooked according to traditional local recipes.
Accompanied by a buffet of vegetables and followed by fruits of the season, the meal can be washed down with the excellent local wines.
Among the special menus, the vegetarian one can always be asked for.
During the frequent themed parties, there are tastings of typical products.
Our excursions are especially appreciated: we plan them at least once a week, along the “Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli di Rimini” (Road of the Wines and of the Flavors of the Hills of Rimini), with visits to wineries and farms.
All events are properly advertised in the hall, where many brochures are available (in language) with a lot of informations about fairs and festivals in the area, the typical products and the recommended shops.
For people who should independently reach the hinterland, our staff will provide schedules and tickets of the major transport companies.
