Since the first months in the spring they are counted in fact numerous the national and international events devoted to different sport activities, from cycling to swimming, from gym to tennis, to football.

It’s really to football that is devoted the 2008’s edition of the Friendship Cup, international challenge of 11 and 5 players Football for sport teams of Town Polices.

From 25th of May to 1st June 2008 they will be really them, the Town Police officers, to challenge them in football for this beautiful event on its 33rd edition.

Bobbies, flics, Vigili Urbani, Stadtpolizist: all playing to win the Friendship Cup 2008.

It will be a long calendar of matches divided among 11 and 5 players’ football lists.

The program will be officially open on Sunday 25th May with welcoming of the teams, drawing to compose the matches of qualification and, in the evening, a fascinating parade of the teams some of which in uniform, and then a pyrotechnic show in Square Rome.

On Monday 26th the first matches and an evening with a dinner on the beach, and on following days other matches.

On Thursday 29th free day to admire Riccione and its attractions, on Friday 30th a folk evening before entering Saturday 31st for semi-finals and Sunday 1st June for the final and awarding of the Cup.

With matches of 20 minutes for 5 and 35 minutes for 11 players the show is sure.

During the week devoted to the Friendship Cup 2008, it will take place also an important meeting for the Town Polices about normative and professional novelties.
