Water Waters

acqua-acque2.jpgThe summer is approaching, temperature is rising, and with it water consumption. The sports are active more than ever in order to sculpture their muscles and on supermarket shelves minibottels are appearing with antisliding and really sculpted shapes.

Very high and pure, flavoured and glamour, with bubbles or smooth, from fountain or strictly bottled in glass, cold or room temperature, the choice of water is rarely random. There are also people who pay no attention on it (specialists of marketing call them distracted consumers), but more often the type chosen tells us much about the personality of the drinker.

Tasteless and colorless as it is (or as it was given the new frontiers of aromas & co.), it manages to retain for aspects that are difficult to enunciate, who deal with the impalpable feelings evoked. The fact is that, like every true habit, people feel almost uncomfortable in having to change.

We imagine an experimenter tasting the flavoured water, a romantic the rosée, a xenophile the mythical French, a serious person the northern waters, one focused on home and family the classic mineral, a sparkling strictly the sparkling, a fashion victim gripping with the more eccentric packaging and a leader drinking from a fountain (in many Italian cities you can!).

The creatives have enjoyed themselves a lot with the element of water. Funny carousels in episodes have told of lonely particles of sodium and of grumpy sisters gripping with naughty but special pupils. In the main Italian cities the shopping of water was born in dedicated shops. In very chic restaurants with the menu and wine list waiters are presenting to guests a third paper: that of water. In which kind of glass they will serve it we do not know, what is certain is that behind the precious and fundamental element business is running wild.

Business and refinement aside, we suggest to drink often and in abundance, around 2 litres per day, with the wish to spend in Riccione, under the umbrellas of our beaches and in our hotels, the most cooler of summers!
