R. “Our location and staff”
Q. Do you organise parties, themed evenings and entertainment?
R. “Besides the typical Emilia-Romagna dinner, we organise wonderful parties on the beach with music and entertainment – our most popular is the masked one for the August bank holiday!”
Q. What's the motto of your hotel?
R. “Your holiday means a lot to us”
Q. What do children like about your hotel?
R. “The entertainment, being close to the beach, the pool on the seafront, beach games”
Q. Can you tell us a nice anecdote?
R. “Girls on a hen night came to the hotel with their reservation voucher. However, the booking was for Kent in another city! After their initial embarrassment, they had appreciated our kindness so much that they decided to come to us on holiday the year after”

R. “Yes, 50%”
Q. Do you have a client loyalty record?
R. “Yes, the couple Ricci from Aosta have been coming since we have been here (6 years) but they also came before we arrived”
Q. What's the best compliment you've ever received?
R. “One of our clients was so happy here that she decided to become part of our staff after 3 years of holidays (thank you Deborah from Verona).”

R. “Of course, the reception staff who meet the clients first and then all the other staff who are just as equally important”
Q. What are your culinary specialities?
R. “Breakfast is our strong point but also our typical Emilia-Romagna dishes, not to mention the veal “in Bellavista” and fried seafood”

R. “Make whoever arrives here forget the every day daily routine and build a rapport with the client based on mutual respect and friendship. Our work is the satisfaction and joy of how the clients feel.”
