Aparthotel Ardea is a small, intimate hotel a few steps from the sea in a quiet area of Riccione, at the beginning of the very central Viale Dante with its lively pedestrian area. The heated swimming pool with sun loungers is always at your disposal, allowing you to enjoy moments of total relaxation and fun, as well as the use of bicycles and free car park. We have various types of recently-renovated accommodation: Superior Rooms, One-room units and Two-room units with kitchenette. Welcoming spaces, complete with all the services necessary for the utmost comfort.
HOLIDAY OPTIONS
This year, there are 3 holiday options to choose from!
1. Residential hotel (apartment only): in apartments and Suites with kitchen; linens, initial and final cleaning are included; breakfast, extra cleaning and product replacement are available for an additional charge.
2. Aparthotel (apartment and breakfast): in Suites equipped with a kitchen, with all hotel services included, among which a buffet breakfast from 8 am to midday.
3. B&B (room and breakfast): accommodation in modern rooms, with buffet breakfast included from 8 am to midday. Affiliated restaurants, for a different lunch and dinner every time!

All the rooms have been recently renovated and have modern furniture.
They are large and all have air conditioning and a balcony.
Superior rooms
14/15 m2 double, triple and quadruple rooms. All complete with air conditioning, balcony, mini fridge and shower cubicle.
One-room units and Two-room units
Large spaces from 24 m2 to 45 m2, some with two adjoining rooms, perfect for families and groups. The One-room and Two-room units are complete with a comfortable double bed, kitchenette and flat screen TV. Also available as Residential option apartments.
Cuisine
The Aparthotel Ardea offers a rich breakfast served until 12 noon. You can enjoy a sweet and savoury buffet with pastries, homemade cakes, jams, pancakes, fragrant bread, nibbles, flatbreads, little pizzas, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals, all accompanied by fruit juices, coffee and hot drinks.
The Aparthotel has exclusive affiliations with a selection of nearby restaurants. Upon request, you can enjoy an aperitif-dinner in the outdoor areas.
