Cuisine
The Floor, the panoramic restaurant at The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel, has a film set atmosphere and offers excellent gourmet cuisine to accompany with 350 fine wines in the cellar. On the ground floor, there’s a refined Bistrot, where you can have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif or a quick lunch.
The careful and meticulous search for ingredients largely takes place locally, focusing greatly on organic and seasonal foods. The menu leans towards the traditional recipes of Romagna revisited in a gourmet key, with great classics such as homemade piadina flatbread, passatelli and cappelletti pasta and the good oily fish from the Adriatic Sea. There’s no shortage of internationally-inspired dishes, like Sushi, Sashimi or the masterpieces of French haute patisserie.
